All submissions will be reviewed for commercial potential, lyric writing and musical composition. Songs with the greatest potential will be pitched to record producers, A&R, artist, and music supervisors in the film and TV industry.

Submission Guidelines

1. All material must be your original work.

2. Send up to 3 of your best songs on CD or high quality tape with a typed lyric sheet for each song.

3. Songs should not exceed 5 minutes.

4. Indicate if you are affiliated with ASCAP or BMI (or neither). If we are interested in your material and we offer a publishing contract, you will need to become affiliated with ASCAP or BMI.

5. Mark all items with appropriate copyright information (i.e. Copyright © 2002 John Smith).

6. Include a short cover letter and your e-mail address.

7. Material sent will not be returned so send a copy.

8. Please use an envelope that is padded. (We have received broken CD's!)

9. Please send your material first-class mail only. No need to send priority mail unless there is an urgent requirement.

10. If you are sending for multiple projects, you can put them in one envelope. There's no need to send individual packages.

Music Style
We accept Pop, Country (Traditional, Honky Tonk, & Contemporary), Adult Contemporary (AC), Contemporary Hit Radio (CHR), R&B, Contemporary Christian, Instrumentals, Christmas and Children songs on our Song Needs page.
